Having trained in three continents over the past 10 years, from Cape Town to London and Brisbane, in fine dining restaurants as well as rustic pizzerias, Fabio Morganti boasts the experience of an international chef.

Fabio’s single word philosophy for perfect cuisine is simplicity and this can only be achieved by using fresh, quality ingredients.
